**Job Title: Welder and Fabricator**

**Job Description**

Targeting a candidate with experience in fabricating stairways, handrails, guardrails, platforms, and structural components. You will replace a seasoned team member and take ownership of projects from layout through final weld, producing accurate, clean, and code-compliant work with minimal supervision.

**Responsibilities**

+ Fabricate stairways, handrails, guardrails, platforms, and structural assemblies to specification.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings to plan and execute work accurately.
+ Perform layout, measuring, and fit-up using tape measures and other standard tools.
+ Cut, fit, and weld components using MIG welding to produce strong, clean welds.
+ Perform additional welding processes such as flux core and TIG welding when required.
