The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO) and Web Master Contracting Officer Representative (COR), providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over contracts assigned to the section. Responsibilities Tracks and analyzes website performance metrics related to traffic, rankings, and conversions, leveraging web analytics tools to gain actionable insights. Presents data-driven recommendations to optimize website content, user experience, and overall Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/ Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO) strategies, monitoring keyword rankings to improve visibility, calculating and reporting on the return on investment (ROI) of SEO efforts from contracted agencies' best practices and the effective use of the content management system (CMS).
