Observations:

• Leakage intensity increases after rainfall events.
• External ground level adjacent to affected walls shows water accumulation due to inadequate drainage.
• Water ingress is occurring through wall penetrations, specifically:
  • Telephone cable entry points
  • Domestic water pipe sleeves/openings
  • Sealing around service penetrations appears insufficient or degraded.
• The external waterproofing system of the retaining wall is either damaged or ineffective.
• Rainwater infiltration from the external ground level, entering through:
  • Defective or inadequate waterproofing system
  • Poor external drainage leading to water ponding
