Waste Operative – Salary: £12.89 per hour – Hours: 34.50 hours per week, shifts between 9am – 5pm (including weekends on a rota) – Location: Leighton Buzzard HWRC, Bedfordshire

We are looking for a practical, hands‑on waste operative to work outdoors full‑time for a 10‑week rolling rota. You will help the public recycle correctly, keep the site safe, clean and well‑organised, and handle waste in line with permits and health & safety requirements.
