Position Responsibilities:

" KPIs management: Lead definition and prioritization of organizational performance KPIs and dashboard requirements with cross-functional partners.

o Design, build, and maintain centralized dashboards that surface trends, highlight wins, and flag areas needing focus.

o Implement and govern a metrics tracking framework: data sources, instrumentation, data quality checks, and change control.

o Drive a regular reporting cadence (reviews, scorecards, ops reports) and synthesize insights for leadership and teams.

o Coach stakeholders on using dashboards effectively for planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

" Workflow Management: Implement and roll out organization-wide workflow management processes: evaluate and adopt new workflow tools, define and document end-to-end processes, drive change management, and train teams to ensure consistent usage and process compliance.<...
