The main purpose of the position (KPi) is:

Key roles and responsibilities Capture and process all warranty claims. Reconcile the job cards. Ensure all work in progress recorded in the WIP Report is valid. Storage of warranty job cards in auditable order Capturing of services on the warranty system Assisting in delivering services to clients Reception and directing of calls Phoning client after service to determine satisfaction Phoning new and current client to generate business Sell extended warranties where possible Qualifications / experience required Grade 12 Technical Knowledge of vehicle parts 3-5 years of work experience in the motor industry Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk Key attributes and competencies needed Administration Customer orientated High stress tolerance Product Knowledge Accuracy Meticulous Strong interpersonal skills Detail Orientat...
