Responsibilities:
Perform and monitor daily warehouse duties including but not limited to outbound (3 key processes: process orders, replenishment and value-added services (Price tagging)
To manage and lead a team of packers and storekeeper for the daily operations of the warehouse
Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing and Sales Admin to fulfil orders and deliver on a timely basis.
Monitor and keep track of all deliveries and ensure that the service provider meets the service standards.
Perform Cycle Count and Stocktaking
Job requirement
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management
Able to lead and deal with staff firmly while maintaining good working relationships
Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Knowledge of SAP or willing to learn
