Warehouse Supervisor II – Second Shift (Supply Chain Planning)

Purpose: Achieve an elevated level of satisfaction through excellence in receiving, storage, identification, dispatching, shipping, and material flow, ensuring quality of goods. Accountable for coaching and people development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise materials associates to achieve business goals while maintaining compliance with quality systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, material control procedures, housekeeping, and safety policies.
• Supervise operations across one or more warehouses and facilities.
• Oversee material management processes of raw materials, warehousing, replenishment systems, and finished goods.
• Prioritize workloads, monitor and adjust daily work schedules, and distribute projects to meet schedules.
• Support opportunities to improve inventory investment through inventory entitlement models for applicable product lines.
