Overview We're looking for an experienced Lead Warehouse Associate to join our team! As a Lead Warehouse Associate for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you'll become a pivotal part of our team's success. In this role you will assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations along with pro-longed projects. In addition, you would be delegating tasks to individuals, having the warehouse staff cross-trained in other warehouse areas, prioritizing projects and cleanliness, and keeping teammates engaged. Responsibilities

• Check in daily sales and compare the system and the contract for accuracy. Correct any discrepancies in the system.
• Ensure data accuracy.
• Work with the Window Team to locate and pull inventory.
• Ensure Warehouse team is production and plan projects during downtime, assigning duties.
