**Job Description**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead/Shipper to support an equipment rental operation by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and assisting with day-to-day warehouse activities. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, safe material handling, and smooth warehouse workflow while working closely with a small, collaborative team.

**Responsibilities**

+ Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using a sit-down forklift.
+ Accurately pick, pull, and stage parts and equipment for customer orders and deliveries.
