**Location:** Fife, WA
**Schedule:** 4/10-hour shifts (7:30am–6:00pm) with Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays off
**Hourly Rate:** $18.75
**Assignment Type:** Long-term contract

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Prepare, sort, and index hard copy records for scanning based on client requests
+ Scan documents to electronic format using third-party software, ensuring high image quality
+ Complete internal documentation and tracking, including manual data entry when needed
+ Perform quality checks on scanned images and document any issues or errors
+ Reassemble documents to their original condition after scanning as required
+ Prepare completed work for delivery; ensure all required documentation is included
