            Warehouse Coordination Schedule deliveries to avoid congestion in the warehouse area 
Inspect received products and sign the quality form 
Notify the Procurement and Logistics teams upon product arrival at the warehouse 
Create Item Received (IR) entries in NetSuite following product receipt 
Prepare Delivery Orders based on Sales Orders 
Coordinate demo deliveries with the Sales team 
Coordinate with Warehouse Assistants to ensure proper product storage and segregation 
Track the movement of products in and out of the warehouse to prevent misplacement and ensure accurate inventory management 
Ensure products are available in the correct quantities and notify of any product arrivals, removals, and shortages 
Inventory Check Assist with periodic stock inventory checks and report products nearing expiry to ensure system accuracy and prevent inventory discrepancies
