Manage the daily warehouse activities such as GRN update (local and import), inventory adjustments/ transfer posting, storing order, generation of orders from WMS (pick slip, put-away, packing/ repacking, label) inventory discrepancy investigation
Reviewing to confirm cargo packing requirements and instructions by customer prior to delivery
Loading Cargo (container & trucks): Preparing cargo, check lot number and quantity for loading of goods according to written requests or orders
Unloading cargo (container & trucks): This includes conducting quality inspection on (packaging of) incoming cargo of lot number, quantity, quality (for damaged goods) and for discrepancies between goods received and invoices or documents
Coordinate with internal and external transporter in meeting delivery schedule
To perform inventory cycle count (when necessary)
