Warehouse Assistant -Accountant (EPD II) Ingrasys Technology USA, Inc San Jose, CA Job Summary:

• The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, goods receipt and dispatch, and system transactions using SAP.


• This role ensures accurate and efficient stock handling, data entry, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP transactions for goods movement (e.g., MIGO, MB1C, stock transfers).


• All account flows related to work order activities.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation in SAP.
• Generate SAP-based inventory and movement reports as required.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
• Assist in monthly and yearly physical inventory checks.
