Responsibilities

  • Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle filing and documentation.
  • Support procurement department with purchase orders and reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Ensure proper document control and record keeping.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

  • SPM / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Independent, self‑starter and thrive in fast pace and dynamic environment
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical, and good follow‑up skills
  • 5.5 Days/ week (Mon to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM & Sat 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
