What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Develop, measure, and adjust performance results, manager budgets, and costs
+ Provide vision and strategies, align business goals with the regional and organizational strategy of the Midwest Region and the Heidelberg Material organization
+ Create a production plan, adapt to market conditions
+ Lead and develop management, ensure effective talent strategies
+ Build key customer relationships, engage with industry and community, direct sales and marketing
+ Identify and implement improvements, leverage technology for better customer experience and cost savings.
