Responsibilities
Manage relationships with a subset of utilities, navigates large-load tariffs, and oversees interconnection agreements and power delivery timelines.Be the primary interface with Economic Development teams with target utilities. Work with all other functions in partner utilities, including transmission & substation teams, Capacity Planning, Government Affairs, and executive management.Actively manage the complete utility relationship for active data center development projects on RD sites.Lead origination and structuring of long-term PPAs and supervise regulatory interface for large load projects.Build a list of target utilities that meet criteria for successful partnership in RTOs/ISOs complimentary to RD data center development criteriaHelp develop the plan to deliver data center development sites according to the Site Selection team’s goals.Advise on alternative power delivery strategies that a...
