We are looking for an experienced VP/Director of Finance/CFO to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. This long-term contract role requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual with extensive and focused experience in financial leadership roles. The ideal candidate will lead and support a finance team, oversee ongoing audit preparations, and ensure timely and accurate financial reconciliations while driving the organization's financial stability, compliance, and strategy with senior leadership and the Board.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the finance team, including supervising the Controller and Senior Accountant.

• Manage and finalize the closeout process for multiple grants, ensuring compliance with all financial requirements.
