Job Description

As VP Technology and EXCOM member, you will lead the transformation of our international marketplace. You will translate strategic and commercial priorities into technical decisions, build and lead teams that deliver, and own the direction on our technical and data stack. The role sits at the intersection of engineering leadership, system integration, and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology and platform transformation strategy, bridging business ambition and technical execution across 25 countries.
• Drive architecture coherence in a complex, multi‑stack environment and arbitrate build‑vs‑buy‑vs‑configure decisions.
• Represent the tech function at executive committee level and translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps.
