Position: VP, Principal I, Test Manager (Agency Loan)
Responsibilities - Plan quality assurance activities with timelines and effort estimates.
- Manage resources to support testing demand.
- Gather requirements by discussing with SA & Dev teams or SMBC to understand testing requirements, determine coverage, and collect sample test data.
- Review documentation created by QA team leader, Senior System Analyst or vendor to ensure quality.
- Track testing activities against test plans and defects; log, retest, and close defects.
- Report statistics and statuses to PM.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring process and compliance is met.
- Set performance goals, provide direction, support, and escalated issues to PM.
- Support hiring matters such as interviews where required and onboard new joiners.
