Job Description

  • Lead and execute the West Region sales strategy across on‑ and off‑premise channels to deliver revenue, depletion, and profit targets.
  • Manage and grow senior distributor and key retail account relationships, including QBRs, pricing, and programming execution.
  • Own and operate full regional P&L, budgets, forecasts, trade spend, and KPI performance.
  • Hire, coach, and develop high‑performing regional sales teams while driving accountability and retention.
  • Drive collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align brand initiatives, forecasting, and inventory planning.
