Who we are looking for:

BDC is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Private Equity Finance individual to perform and coordinate financial accounting duties for various portfolio companies. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned. To be successful, you should have a solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), strong financial analysis skills and have previously worked in private equity or an investment company.
