Vice President of Operations – Construction & Scheduling

Location: Houston, TX or New Braunfels, TX (Local Candidates Only – No Relocation)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, bilingual Vice President of Operations to take full ownership of the day‑to‑day construction and scheduling operations of the business. The ideal candidate has deep, hands‑on field experience and proven project management leadership in civil/telecom/concrete construction environments and will directly manage Project Managers, schedulers, and field leadership to ensure safe, profitable, and on‑time project delivery.

Minimum Requirements (Must Have)

• At least 10 years of field experience in construction (civil, telecom, utilities, and/or concrete)
• At least 10 years of project management experience overseeing multiple jobs and teams
