The Vice President, Global Head of Digital Experience is a senior leadership role responsible for setting the vision and leading the execution of Chubb's global digital presence — overseeing the redesign of , managing its underlying Adobe technology stack, and driving digital strategy and operations across 54 markets. The position is highly technical and strategic, requiring deep expertise in AI-driven digital marketing, content systems, analytics, and governance, as well as the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence at the executive level in a complex, matrixed organization.
