Responsibilities

• Interpreting regional infra directions and strategies into particular objectives and projects formation to be established and conducted as programs.
• Supervise as program manager of deliveries, challenges and adjustment, update to management about progress and consult for advice accordingly
• Establish framework, approaching structure so the regional deployments across related projects can be smooth and effective
• Manage the milestones delivery of regional operating model strategies, continuously updating the organizational operating model base on business requirement and management direction
• Support regional audit activities both internal and external, together with regional analysis and remediation coordination to ensure standardized compliance
• Manage regional standard documentation management, creating templates, ensure system documents compliant in term of availability and regular review
