Job Overview Reporting to the Head of Convergence Services, this role is part of a high-impact, SWAT-style transformation unit focused on solving UOB’s most complex cross-functional challenges. The role supports deep diagnostic reviews across Business and Support Units and contributes to identifying structural root causes.
