ROLE PROFILE

Chief of Staff is responsible for planning coordinating and monitoring the delivery of AI initiatives across multiple use cases within the Innovation Hub managing dependencies risks and resources to ensure projects delivery

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive AIIH agenda as right hand of the Chief AI Innovation Officer plan LT meetings incl. planning cycles reporting x-coordination

Plan and manage AI projects timelines milestones resource/budget allocation progress monitoring to ensure timely and efficient delivery

Facilitate regular updates to leadership and stakeholders ensuring clear visibility of status blockers and KPIs support internal decision making

Create high impact-presentations for senior stakeholders

Shaping themes for culture and team events offsites comms
