About the Role:
The VP & Assistant General Counsel plays a pivotal role in supporting business operations by providing expert legal advice on risk, regulatory compliance, and contract issues. This position offers legal oversight across claims, litigation management, contracts, privacy, confidentiality, and compliance programs. As a strategic partner to leadership, you will help guide both operational and strategic initiatives. The VP & Assistant General Counsel reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer.
What You'll Do:

• Provide legal guidance on insurance brokerage operations, insurance issues, and contracts, including negotiating, drafting, review, and approval.
• Serve as a legal advisor to leadership and business stakeholders on operational matters and contract issues.
