Summary The Volunteer & Youth Management Executive is responsible for recruiting, developing, coordinating, and retaining volunteers and youth leaders to support the organisation’s programmes and community initiatives. The role focuses on building a strong, values-driven volunteer ecosystem while nurturing youth engagement, leadership, and ownership in community service.
