Summary The Center for Development and Civic Engagement (CDCE) incorporates three separate and distinct, however interrelated lines of business; responsible for the management and execution of a diverse portfolio of enterprise-wide programs, activities and services in support of VA's overarching goals and priorities utilizing community resources.
