Responsibilities - Setup & Maintenance of Cisco Unified Call Centre Managers, Voicemail systems/Gateways
- Capable to install, integrate, maintain, modify, improve, enhance and upgrade the hardware and software of the system
- Generate various monthly maintenance reports or incident reports whenever required
- Require to liaise with third‑party vendors and customers
- Responsible for timely support based on agreed Service Level Agreement
Location & Hours - Ang Mo Kio
- Monday – Friday 8.30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- 24/7 only when required (including certain weekends and public holidays)
Requirements - Minimum Diploma or Degree in a Computer Engineering discipline or equivalent
- Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP) certification is a must.
