Location: Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Hybrid Working

Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing flexibility and resources you need to succeed. The team is expected to come into the office 2‑3 days each week (at least 8 days per month). You will work with your line manager to understand expectations.

What You’ll Do

• PA support for our Commercial Finance Director, including setting up regular and ad‑hoc meetings
• Schedule and reschedule diaries for the management team where meetings move on an ongoing basis
• Agenda consolidation for weekly and monthly senior management meetings
• Management of distribution lists
• Data integrity for management or departmental wide data changes for bulk uploads
