We are VOD (Voice of Drivers) team which is one of the most important and integral part of Worldwide Amazon Flex team with a vision to improve the experience of DPs and make their journey friction-less.The Voice of Driver – Listening Channels Team works closely understanding the DP sentiment around day-to-day operations with regards to various aspects of Flex Delivery Partners across various marketplaces like US, UK, DE, ES, SG, JP, AU etc. VOD team is looking for a creative, analytical, dynamic and experienced specialist to join us and help improve DP experience. A successful specialist must be passionate about to understanding customer pain points, has unending desire to uncover root causes of any defect, work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization.
