Summary The Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist for the CWT Program is located within the Compensated Work Therapy (CWT) Program, Mental Health Service at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System. Responsibilities Responsible for interviewing potential Veterans referred to them though the CWT program, and for developing a vocational assessment to identify individuals strengths and areas of vocational interests. Completes written assessments to determine CWT program participants vocational strength and weaknesses, identify current barriers to competitive community employment, and utilize assessment results to determine a suitable vocational goal, and identify the steps to reach that goal.
