Job Description
You will be responsible for the following:
- Subcontractor Verification & Allocation
- Collaboration with department heads to understand their operational needs, translating business requirements into viable Purchase orders
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Monitor and track delivery of goods and services and ensure timely and accurate GRNs, accurate paperwork, and resolve any issues related to delays and discrepancies
- Conduct cost analyses and develop strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality
- Determine and uphold minimum and maximum stock levels to enhance inventory turnover
- Manage vendor selection and onboarding process, including vetting and qualifying to ensure business needs are met
