Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

• Subcontractor Verification & Allocation
• Collaboration with department heads to understand their operational needs, translating business requirements into viable Purchase orders
• Create and manage purchase orders
• Monitor and track delivery of goods and services and ensure timely and accurate GRNs, accurate paperwork, and resolve any issues related to delays and discrepancies
• Conduct cost analyses and develop strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality
• Determine and uphold minimum and maximum stock levels to enhance inventory turnover
• Manage vendor selection and onboarding process, including vetting and qualifying to ensure business needs are met
