Adventist HealthCare Home Health seeks to hire an Physical Therapist servicing our Rockville Territory who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As an Physical Therapist, you will:
• Performs an initial examination and evaluation to establish a impairment/diagnosis, prognosis and plan of care prior to intervention for all persons served with basic rehabilitation needs in acute care, outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings (flexes to any Rehab site as needed).
