This role is a key part of the customer service and sales team, focused on engaging prospective clients who have already expressed interest in the company’s services. You will help educate potential clients, answer questions, identify financial needs, and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in Vietnamese and English, customer-focused, sales-oriented, and comfortable discussing sensitive financial matters with professionalism and empathy.
