The Video Production Specialist supports the effective delivery of LUMSx courses and promotional content by owning and executing pre-production planning and visual development for video-based learning content. The role focuses on translating instructional intent into clear storyboards, shoot plans, and visual concepts, while working closely with design, learning experience, and production teams to ensure content is production-ready, instructionally aligned, and consistent in quality. In addition, the role contributes to improving pre-production workflows and creative practices in collaboration with the design lead and production team.
