Nestasia is looking for a VP - Performance Marketing who will have the end-to-end responsibility for building and delivering a predictable and scalable customer acquisition strategy. The VP – Performance Marketing has to spearhead the marketing strategies and be able to plan and execute those while supporting a team.

Note:

This is a hybrid role requiring presence in Kolkata (Head-Office) for 10 days every month, with the remaining 20 days working remotely.

Duties and responsibilities

Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy& execution plan
Own the strategy for all media: paid search, paid social and organic campaigns (AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, SEO) from conception to execution.
Be responsible for creating reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic to help optimize all campaigns.
