Allied Universal® is hiring a Vice President, Facility Management Transformation. The Vice President of Allied Universal Facilities Management (AUFM) Transformation is responsible for driving the execution of AUFM AI-powered transformation program by adapting and applying the company’s existing AI-powered service platform at scale. Allied Universal’s AI-Powered Service Platform integrates hiring, onboarding, scheduling, workforce engagement, and operational execution into a single, integrated platform currently used at scale across Allied Universal’s security operations. The Vice President of Allied Universal Facilities Management acts as a Solution Partner to business leadership - working alongside operators to adapt existing platform capabilities to the janitorial/facilities management business and establish clear, scalable operating standards.
