About the Company : We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Vice President Human Resources to lead the Human Resources function for a fast-growing Global Organisation. The role will partner closely with Head of HR to build a high-performance culture, strengthen talent capabilities, and drive the people agenda across business transformation, growth, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in managing large workforce across IT Services, GCCs, Large-Scale Technology environments. Managing complex stakeholder environments, and building future-ready HR practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the organisation’s business goals and global people agenda.
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and culture.
