This is first and foremost a VP HR role with a broad and strategic mandate in Elisa’s Technology and Operations organization. As VP HR for Technology and Operations, you will act as a strategic HR leader and partner to the EVP, Tech&Ops and leadership team, shaping people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent development across a complex and business‑critical area. This unit includes IT and Telco Services, Digital Services, Network Services, Service Assurance, and Technology & Strategy Development. You will also lead a small team of HR specialists.
In addition to this core HR role, you will also act as AI Competence Lead. This is not a technical role, but a competence development and change management centric position.
