The Vice President, Finance is responsible for overseeing the entire financial health and strategic direction of the Company. This role will lead the finance team, ensure robust internal control, and provide critical financial insights to the Board and Executive Director to ensure the Company's long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Reporting
Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly/annual Management accounts.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the Museum's 2026 launch and beyond.
Present financial performance and risks to the Board of Directors.
Governance & Internal Controls
Establish and enforce robust internal control policies and SOPs
(crucial for museum ticketing, gift shop, and donations).
manage the Museum's cash flow, particularly the CAPEX budget for
construction, interior fit-outs, and art acquisitions.
