Vice President – Client Billing

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a team in Montreal, Cayman, and Hong Kong who are responsible for the client billing function to a large portfolio of global services in accordance with client agreements.
• Interacting directly with clients to manage relationships and ensure global teams are following client protocols.
• Meeting the expectations of key stakeholders by demonstrating value creation, risk mitigation and driving continual improvement.
• Leading process re‑engineering initiatives and possessing strong analysis and project management skills.
• Ongoing evaluation of any training gaps that exist within the team or the business and collaborating with senior business heads to provide training to staff where required.
