National College of Defence Studies is seeking to recruit Vice Dean (Academic Division)

Duties and Responsibilities of the Vice Dean of Academic Division shall include:

• Liaising with the Military Division and taking responsibility for the organization of common courses

• Coordinate the work of the academic division within the college

• Positioning the Academic Division within the College’s academic policy

• Positioning the academic division within the core business of NCDs with regard to research, teaching, learning and community engagement

• Liaise with the Dean to develop strategic plans for research, teaching and learning as well as community engagement enterprise and monitor its implementation

• Liaise with Dean to develop a process to review the performance and contribution of members of the academic division for the achievement of the strategic goals of the academic division
