As a Veterinary Software Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering successful implementations of IDEXX’s ezyVet Practice Management software to veterinary clinics across the APAC region. Based in our Auckland office, you will combine your passion for teaching, technology, and problem‑solving to support customers as they adopt and maximise the value of our software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual and in‑person training sessions tailored to roles and workflows.
• Support implementation of ezyVet software, guiding customers through onboarding and go‑live.
• Configure software solutions to align with each clinic’s unique needs and workflows.
• Project‑manage implementations with Implementation Specialists to ensure smooth delivery.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the journey.
• Identify challenges and problem‑solve to ensure successful adoption of the software.
