At ANdAZ Gold Coast, our venues move with the rhythm of the day — bright mornings, long lunches, golden-hour cocktails and evenings that unfold slowly into night. We’re looking for a Venue Manager who knows how to lead that rhythm with confidence, creativity and care.

This role is for someone who thrives on the floor.  A natural host who is a strong operator.  Someone who understands that great hospitality lives in the details — the pace of service, the mood of a room, the way a guest feels without needing to ask.

You’ll lead one of our signature venues, guiding the team, elevating the guest experience and creating a culture that feels warm, polished and genuinely connected.
