            Job Description

Managing goods return process for suppliers;
Negotiating and agreeing on the logistics of returns, including pickup schedules and transportation methods with suppliers;
Providing clear instructions to the warehouse team regarding the packing, shipping, or disposal of non-conforming goods;
Managing technical warranty claims and tracking deposits related to returnable packaging or specialized items;
Preparing regular reports on return volumes, supplier error rates, and financial recoveries;
Creating detailed return protocols, maintaining accurate electronic evidence of all transactions, and ensuring the timely closure of return orders;

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience);
