About the Role
We’re hiring a Vendor & Order Support Coordinator to help manage customer orders and partner with internal teams and external vendors to keep everything running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer communication, and coordinating across teams. You’ll handle order inquiries, support vendor-related issues, and ensure customers have a seamless experience from purchase to delivery.
+ Respond to customer inquiries (email, chat, phone) about orders, shipping, and products
+ Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
+ Manage order updates, cancellations, returns, and refunds
+ Investigate delivery issues, missing items, and damaged products
+ Track and document cases using internal systems (CRM/ticketing tools...
