Job Description

  • Drive sales of industrial tools, including electronic and pneumatic equipment and accessories.
  • Identify customer needs through consultative selling, offering solutions based on strong product knowledge and generating a clear value-added differentiation.
  • Prepare regular reports aligned with established business objectives.
  • Develop and execute customer-specific action plans, including product launches, product demonstrations, process improvements, and related initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain Key Account customers, covering products, relationships, and processes.
  • Specify industrial solutions related to threaded joints, material removal, and production traceability and control systems.
  • Manage installations, projects, and after-sales activities.
  • Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering, and After-Sales Service.
